Surprisingly Happy: An Atypical Religious Memoir, by Sheila Peltz Weinberg

As the author says, this is a book about getting older and getting happier. Sheila is a rabbi who teaches Torah through meditation and yoga. The short chapters are stories and some poems, from her life and that of her family, parents, children and now a granddaughter. Thoughtful lessons are here from looking back on life from the perspective of one’s 60’s.
